All purchased eqWave devices come with a 12 month subscription to the eqWave web service. Please contact support for login credentials. These credentials will need to be configured into this Android app to upload data from the eqWave devices.

To use the app simply bring the QR code on the back of the eqWave device into focus. The device will be recognised via a Bluetooth scan. On screen instructions will guide you through the rest of the journey.

This app offers you a zero-touch, always-on interface so that it can be setup as a Kiosk for device wearers to “check-in” regularly to update their devices and upload their data.

Please note:

1. If the QR code on the back of the device is not recognised, an option is available, within the admin settings to enter the serial number found on the back of the device

2. If a server is not set in the Admin settings page, the app will queue any data retrieved from the scanned devices and upload the data with the server is configured. Data retrieval can be turned off altogether in the Admin Settings page

3. Custom sensor firmware: This app is supplied with the most recent software (firmware) and standard configuration for your eqWave devices. If you have a newer version of software from Equivital, upload it to the Downloads directory on your Android device and point this app to the .zip file. You can do this in the Admin settings > Upload firmware file menu option. A zip file is required – only files supplied by Equivital can be used on the device.
