Cards are dealt out evenly amongst all four players. The example game play is as follows,

Play begins with the player to the left of the dealer. He places the Kings in his hand face down on the table and announces his play to the table: “Two Kings.” If the next player does not have any Kings, or if he wishes to get rid of more than one card, he may bluff and play non-King cards while announcing: “Two Kings.” The play so on.
