Job cards Management- Service Time Sheets
A job card is a detailed description of work that is performed for any customers work order. This module allows the maintenance staff to track customer’s job cards every step of the way, and keep them up to date. The administrator can view the details of any job card including the address, contact details and any pertinent information about what all work is required. It also allows them to monitor the status of the job cards (active/ closed/completed/ cancelled) and to allocate available engineers/s to any job card.
As soon as the engineers are assigned the job cards, details get flashed on their dashboards. Engineers can update the service list of the assigned job cards, attach work screenshots, relevant files, and logs the man hours consumed (in-time/out-time) against each service on the fly. This recorded time after approval, is transferred to the Job Costing.
