平台上的每位看護都是經由身分證、體檢表、良民證等多重身分審核，皆經過政府照顧服務員訓練，完成90-120小時的訓練甚至取得技術證照，最後還要通過專業人員面談，才可上線提供服務。預約時可直接與看護雙向溝通，可以自由選擇照護人選，使得預約服務變得更容易。
