The OLUMS SETA PORTAL manages in real time, the processing of Monthly Stipend Claims and Stipend Payments to Learners, the Daily Attendance Register of Learners at Host Employers, Common Chat Rooms between Learners, Mentors, University Managers, TVET College Managers, and SETA Managers.

LEARNERS can use the OLUMS SETA PORTAL App to:

1. Log their Attendance at the Workplace each day in real time

2. Submit their Monthly Claims

3. Chat with their Mentors and their respective University, TVET College or Lead Employer Managers

MENTORS can use the OLUMS SETA PORTAL App to:


1. Validate the Learner’s daily Attendance at the workplace in real time with the assistance of Geographical Location Referencing
