eTap provides an easy and convenient way to connect to service providers within 10Km radius through a systematic end-to-end hiring process, 24/7.
It is an integrated social media application that provides a platform where Users can search, select, and schedule Service Providers. Whereas, Providers can post their personal information, education and training, experience and skills, government identification and clearance, and their desired per service, daily or monthly fees. The Users and Providers, as members of the eTap community, shall help build the reliability and efficiency of this mobile app through the Rating and Feedback facilities.

The main objectives of the system is to help professionalize transactions, manage the availability of service providers, increase efficiency of search methods and scheduling of people who can help improve manpower needs for households and businesses. Through this app, people can give opportunities to ordinary individuals who have the time, skills, training and are willing to become Service Providers.
This application provides the following features:

(1) Profile Account with Built-in Resume or Biodata. Each Service Provider has their unique profile account.
(2) Rating and Feedback. Users and Service Providers can both post their rating and feedback for every service transaction. Thus, assisting them to choose and decide before booking or accepting the service request, respectively.
(3) Transparency on Service Fee. Users can book service request that fits their budget. No Add-on and no hidden charges because the service fee is visible in the profile account of the Service Providers.
(4) Cash On Delivery after Service. It provides convenience as the Users pay directly to the Service Providers on the same day that the service request has been completed.
(5) Built-in Calendar Scheduling for Services. Users can view the Calendar Schedule of the Service Providers during the booking of service request(s). On the other hand, this feature of the system will help the Service Providers manage their own service schedules to avoid over-lapping or cancellation of service request(s).
(6) In App Notifications. Both Users and Service Providers receive notifications to provide reminders of the scheduled service(s).
(7) Transaction History Recording. Both Users and Providers can review their transaction history records and to provide assistance in rebooking of service request.
(8) View Online Videos for Users and Service Providers. We aim to continuously develop and improve the services of the Service Providers through the online video training. Users will also benefit by watching informative videos for home improvements.

We require both the Users and Service Providers to watch Community Rules Training to create a better uderstanding of how to be a part of eTAP community.
