This reduces traffic, saves resources and is good for the climate in Stuttgart. In order to move around more efficiently, you can also combine your SSB Flex trip with busses, trams and trains.

> The pickup point with SSB Flex is at a closeby virtual bus stop that you can easily reach by walking rather than being picked up at your doorstep. Similarly, the drop off point is a short walk from your destination. The pickup and dropoff points will be displayed in the app after you entered your location and destination.

> Through pooling multiple users with similar routes, users share the same vehicle on their way. This can lead to very small changes in routing and travel duration. In the app, you will be informed about changes in real-time.

> Each journey has a specific price. The price depends on the route and the number of passengers you book for. Holders of VVS Day Tickets or VVS Season Tickets receive a discounted ride fare. Your definite fare will be displayed in the app before you book.

2) Sign up: Simply enter your name, email address, phone number and payment details.

3) Book a ride: In the app, enter origin and destination, as well as number of passengers and whether or not you hold a VVS ticket. Click on “Book This Ride” to confirm your request.

4) Get to your vehicle: The app shows you the walking route to your pick up point. In addition, you can see the estimated time of arrival of your SSB Flex-Shuttle in the app in real time.
