News & Events: Broadcasting news and events to the entire company or individual business unit / department or selected groups of employees. Our UI makes it simple and easy. Reach out to both deskbound and non-desk employees with our xForce mobile app.
MyBoards: Create boards to facilitate discussions and dissemination of information. MyBoards also provide a quick and simple way to create and track tasks, survey questionnaires and nominations
Notification: Notification feature allows dissemination of ops circulars, policies, operational instructions that requires tracking of read acknowledgement for each employee. Questionnaire can also be inserted to gauge each employee’s understanding after reading the notification.

(B) Using our Ops management tools to run shift scheduling, attendance and timesheet as well as setup custom forms.
Shift Scheduler: Shift scheduler for both assign and open booking shifts, catering for different types of shift work. Shift scheduler includes automated standby shift activation when employees cancel their shift booking.
