Passerelle Remote Support is used for advanced remote support for field engineers by service-desk operators. The field engineers can carry smart glasses (or use tablets or other portable devices). The operator can send documents, take remote on-site pictures, store them for later reference, enrich them with annotations and show them on the device of the field engineer.
